Responsibilities:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Take the extra mile to engage customers Manage accounts Order entry Assist sales team Requirements:
High school degree Experience in the promotional production industry is preferred, but not required.
