The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and be able to work independently.
You will be responsible for estimating Bids & Spec along with Design Build costs for commercial HVAC projects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Estimate costs for Bids & Spec & Design Build commercial HVAC projects Work with project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits Prepare detailed proposals for clients Maintain accurate records of all estimates and proposals Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Job Type:
